Chinese food is loved by almost everyone. Its takes a lot of practice to make Chinese but it is more difficult to make the food delicious. My wife makes one tasty Chinese food (No doubt at all!!). But we both love Saffron which is one of oldest restaurant located in Commercial (RWP). It serves excellent food with affordable prices. I was on a sales visit (tough job, I know) and I came across Saffron. I don’t when was the last time I ate at Saffron. I decided to get some takeout for me and wife. They had an amazing Chinese deal going on. The deal is still on I don’t know if it’s for one person or two but it was enough for us. Deal included two sauce (select from menu) served with Egg Fried Rice and Chicken Chow Mein. I opted for Chicken Manchurian and Chicken Chili Dry as my sauce. The deal cost only Rs.720 (it’s not expensive, right?). It was yummy and flavorful. I am amazed that taste has not been changed at all. Now, that is something. So do try Saffron. Hey, this is my first food review. The post is about The Butcher's Cafe and Grill which is located in F6, Islamabad.

Butcher's Cafe opened few months back, serves extremely delicious and mind-blowing steaks. It was my first experience of having a beef steak and Butcher's Cafe boosted up my expectations that made me decide to have beef steaks in their Cafe once a month.

The atmosphere is really welcoming. The staff is respectful, friendly and active. Order-taker know all the tiny details of the menu. He even explained us all the temperatures for the steak and which temperature suits a specific steak.

We ordered five sizzling steaks(Sirlion, Prime-Rib and Rib-Eye) and one Fettuccine Alfredo Pasta. I loved the sizzling sound coming from the plate. The over all presentation of the steaks were great as I imagined. The steaks were perfect. Wow, they have simply an amazing taste with all the juiciness inside of it. The sides were well-cooked. They provide three different types of veges and potatoes. All were complementary.

On the third floor, it has a small library and and open terrace which was beautiful. Next time, I will definitely having a steak up there.
