BY AGE 40 YOU SHOULD BE SMART ENOUGH TO REALIZE THIS:

1. Someone makes 10x more than you do in a 9-5 job because they have more "leverage" with their work.

2. Distraction is the greatest killer of success. It stunts and destroys your brain.

1965ء کی پاک بھارت جنگ کے بعد منٹگمری سٹیڈیم میں مصطفی زیدی ڈپٹی کمشنر نے فلم سٹارز کا نمائشی کرکٹ میچ منعقد کرایا تھا تماشائی کرکٹ سے زیادہ فلم سٹارز کو دیکھنے گئے بہت ھلہ گلہ تھا۔ ٹیمیں مرد و خواتین فلم سٹار پر مشتمل تھیں ایک ٹیم کے کپتان محمد علی اور دوسری کے سنتوش کمار تھے ۔
دیگر فنکاروں میں شمیم آرا ، دلجیت مرزا ، صبیحہ خانم، نیر سلطانہ، درپن، ساقی، کامیڈین نذر، صابرہ سلطانہ اور فلموں کی رقاصہ فریدہ بھی شامل تھیں ۔
میرے یہ امر حیران کن ہے کہ آج سے 56 سال قبل منٹگمری میں پردہ سکرین کی خوبرو اداکاراٸیں کس طرح مجمع کی موجودگی میں کھلے گراٶنڈ میں کرکٹ کھیل رہی ہیں مجمع کے سامنے کوٸی جنگلہ بھی نہیں مگر دیکھنے والے اپنے مہذب ھونے کا ثبوت دے رہے ہیں۔
