Our latest K2 Base Camp & Gondogoro La Pass Trek has officially concluded, marking another unforgettable adventure in the heart of the Karakoram.

From trekking across the legendary Baltoro Glacier to reaching the world-famous Concordia, standing beneath the majestic K2 (8,611 m), and crossing the breathtaking Gondogoro La Pass (5,585 m), this journey was filled with incredible landscapes, unforgettable moments, and lifelong memories.

The bodies of Nirmal Purja, Zhong Wang of China, Nima Sherpa, and Kilu Sherpa transported from Broad Peak Base Camp to Skardu by helicopters.

Today, the mountaineering world has lost one of its brightest figures.

Nirmal "Nims" Purja inspired millions by proving that determination, discipline, and courage could redefine what was thought possible in the world's highest mountains. His achievements extended beyond records. He inspired a new generation of climbers and brought global attention to the Himalaya and Karakoram.

The reported loss of Nims Dai, along with members of his expedition on Broad Peak, is a heartbreaking tragedy. Our deepest condolences go to their families, friends, teammates, and everyone affected by this devastating loss.

As a company operating in the Karakoram, we know these mountains offer unmatched beauty, but they also demand the highest level of respect. Every expedition carries risks that even the most experienced mountaineers cannot always overcome.

May Nims Dai and all those who lost their lives rest in peace. Their legacy will continue to inspire climbers around the world, and their contributions to mountaineering will never be forgotten.

Tucked away in the Hushe region of Gilgit-Baltistan, Nangma Valley is a trekker's and climber's dream — soaring granite towers, glacier-fed rivers, and green meadows framed by some of the tallest rock walls on Earth. It's remote, it's raw, and it's every bit as spectacular as the famous Trango group nearby, minus the crowds.
