Gasherbrum 2 Expedition Summit News 🙌🏻🗻

Huge Congratulations to our Gasherbrum II team on their successful summit of Gasherbrum II (8,035m) at 05:05 AM (local time) under the leadership of Lakpa Sherpa “Makalu Lakpa.”

Following days of route preparation, rope fixing, load carries, and successful acclimatization rotations, the team made a strong and safe summit push to the top of the world’s 13th highest mountain.

A special congratulations to Asma Al Thani, who moves one step closer to completing all 14 of the world’s 8,000-meter peaks. With Gasherbrum II now added to her remarkable achievements, only Broad Peak, Cho Oyu, and Shishapangma remain on her journey toward one of mountaineering’s greatest accomplishments.

Congratulations also to Lakpa Temba Sherpa on completing all fourteen 8,000-meter peaks—an extraordinary milestone achieved by only a select few mountaineers worldwide—and to Pasang Nurbu Sherpa for his impressive oxygen-free ascent.

Gasherbrum 2 Summit News 🙌🏻

Alhamdulillah 🤲

A huge congratulations to our Elite Exped team on the successful summit of Gasherbrum II (8,035m) on the morning of 21 July.

Led by Nimsdai, the team of five climbers successfully reached the summit after overcoming challenging conditions and uncertainties throughout the expedition. Through careful planning, teamwork, and determination, the entire team stood on the summit and has now safely returned to Base Camp.
