A Tribute to the Brave Souls of Broad Peak 🏔️🕊️

We are deeply saddened by the tragic avalanche on Broad Peak that claimed the lives of climbers and left others missing. Our hearts go out to the families, friends, rescue teams, and the global mountaineering community during this incredibly difficult time. Search and recovery efforts have been severely challenged by the harsh weather and difficult conditions in the Karakoram.
Mountains inspire us with their beauty, but they also remind us of the immense power of nature and the risks that every climber courageously accepts.

On behalf of Trans Karakoram Treks, Tours & Expeditions, we extend our deepest condolences to the bereaved families and pray for those who are still missing. May the departed souls rest in eternal peace, and may strength and comfort be granted to everyone affected by this heartbreaking tragedy.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the entire mountaineering community.

COME BACK SAFE, NIMS DAI. 🏔️🙏

🚨 Nirmal “Nims Dai” Purja is among 10 climbers currently missing after a major avalanche struck Broad Peak in Pakistan.

The 8,047-metre Broad Peak was hit by an avalanche around midday Thursday while the international climbing team was on the mountain. Since then, the climbers have reportedly been out of contact. Search-and-rescue teams, including helicopters, are working across the Karakoram to locate them.

Tragically, four bodies have been recovered so far, but their identities have not yet been confirmed. The search continues for the remaining climbers.

Nims Dai has faced some of the world's most dangerous mountains and made history by climbing all 14 of the world's 8,000-metre peaks.

Today, millions are hoping for just one thing — his safe return. ❤️🏔️

Come back safe, Nims Dai. 🙏🇳🇵
The mountains can wait.

🇳🇵

🚨 **URGENT UPDATE & PRAYERS: BROAD PEAK AVALANCHE** 🚨
Heartbreaking and alarming news is emerging from the high altitude of the Karakoram. An avalanche has struck on **Broad Peak (8,051m)**, disrupting expeditions and leaving climbers and High Altitude Porters (HAPs) in a precarious position, with reports of missing individuals and injuries high on the mountain.
The Karakoram is as unforgiving as it is majestic, and right now, our thoughts, hearts, and prayers are entirely with the brave climbers, local HAPs, Sherpas, and support teams caught in this disaster.
Ground teams and Base Camp crews are working tirelessly under severe weather constraints to coordinate rescue operations, search the slide zone, and establish emergency contact. We stand in solidarity with the families awaiting news of their loved ones back home and in the valleys of Gilgit-Baltistan.
🙏 **Join us in praying for:**
* The safe return and location of the missing climbers and porters.
* The quick recovery of all injured team members awaiting evacuation.
* Clear skies and safe conditions for the rescue operators, army aviators, and ground crews risking their lives to reach the mountain.
The mountain community is built on resilience, unity, and hope. Please keep everyone on Broad Peak in your prayers today.
We will share further verified updates as more details are confirmed from Base Camp.
