Nims Dai energy — “The Walk.”
Nirmal “Nims” Purja is a Nepali mountaineer and former Gurkha/Special Forces soldier. He famously climbed all 14 of the world’s 8,000-meter peaks in just 6 months and 6 days (2019) — a record at the time, known as “Project Possible 14/7.”
He also became the first person to summit K2 in winter, in January 2021, as part of the first successful winter K2 team. His story is strongly associated with resilience, speed, determination and pushing the limits of high-altitude mountaineering.
