We are deeply saddened by the tragic events on Broad Peak. Our heartfelt condolences go out to the families, friends, teammates, and the entire international mountaineering community affected by this devastating loss.
We also extend our deepest respect and solidarity to the legendary Nirmal Purja (Nims Dai) and all the Nepali mountaineers international mountaineers who have been affected by this tragedy.
The mountains inspire courage, determination, and hope, but they also remind us of the immense risks faced by those who venture onto the world’s highest peaks. We honor the memory of the climbers and support staff who lost their lives while pursuing their passion and dreams.
May they rest in peace, and may their loved ones find strength and comfort during this incredibly difficult time. Their legacy will forever remain in the hearts of the global mountaineering.
The death body were recovered from the mountain by rescuers team, transfer to Skardu, helicopter amid heartbreaking and deeply emotional scenes on arrival. We extend our sincere sympathies to all those affected by this tragedy and pay tribute to the courage, dedication, and professionalism of the rescue teams who carried out these difficult recovery operations.
May the departed souls rest in eternal peace.

Domail Rainbow Lake is one of the most beautiful alpine lakes in Gilgit-Baltistan located near Domail in the Minimarg Valley, Astore District. The lake is famous for its crystal-clear water, colorful reflections, lush green meadows, wildflowers, and surrounding pine forests, which give it the name "Rainbow Lake.
Location: Near Domail, Minimarg Valley, Astore District.
Elevation: High-altitude alpine lake surrounded by snow-capped mountains.
Best time to visit: June to September, when the meadows are green and wildflowers are in full bloom.
Access: Travelers usually reach Minimarg via the Burzil Pass route (subject to weather and security regulations), then continue to Domail before visiting the lake.
The peaceful atmosphere, colorful landscape, and pristine environment make Domail Rainbow Lake a favorite destination for photographers, hikers, and nature lovers.
