🔥 Warehouse Worker in Furniture Factory (Men Only) – Assembly Line 🔧

Responsibilities:
✅ Assemble furniture by attaching metal fittings and applying upholstery.
✅ Stretch, pin, and secure fabric using an upholstery gun.
✅ Finish, clean, and pack upholstered furniture.

Requirements:
✔️ Manual dexterity and physical fitness.
✔️ Ability to stand for long hours and lift weights.
✔️ Willingness to learn.

Offer:
📌 Training period (2 months): PLN 24/hour net.
📌 After training: Piece-rate, pay based on team performance (10-15 people per team).
Each worker has a specific task in the assembly line.
The team earns per furniture piece produced—the more produced, the higher the pay.
On average, after 2 months, if teams reach 100% norm, earning ~ PLN 25/hour net.

📌 Working hours: 12-hour shifts, Mon-Fri (6:00–18:00 or 18:00–6:00).
📌 Contract: Mandate contract.
