In our last post, we talked about how important quality control, proper surface preparation, and regular coating tests are in the powder coating process. But behind every process, there are people who make it all work every day.

👉 Meet Daniel Jaskuła, our Production Specialist at the powder coating facility.

Daniel knows every stage of the powder coating process and understands exactly how to organize and optimize the workflow to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. On a daily basis, he focuses on process quality, production control, and work organization. He reacts quickly to challenges and is always looking for solutions that improve the daily work of the entire department.

Thanks to his experience and practical approach, Daniel works great in a dynamic production environment where precision and good organization really matter.

Outside of work, Daniel enjoys an active lifestyle. He’s interested in football and other team sports, running, and everything connected with movement and healthy competition. In his free time, he also enjoys fantasy books, especially The Witcher series by Andrzej Sapkowski, as well as video games and history.

It’s thanks to the commitment of people like Daniel that we’re able to maintain high quality standards at Nerli Gruppen Poland every single day.

Not every powder coating performs the same way.

These three test panels were exposed to 1008 hours of AASS corrosion testing conducted by the Chemetall / BASF laboratory.

Two samples were prepared according to the standard process.
One was intentionally prepared outside of it.

The result speaks for itself.

At Nerli Gruppen, we believe durability starts long before installation — with proper surface preparation, process control and quality verification at every stage.

Another Wednesday, another story from our team. This time we’re staying at Nerli Gruppen Poland and introducing someone who has been with us since the very beginning.

👉 Meet Joanna Aniserowicz, our Purchasing and Administration Director.

Joanna is responsible for purchasing and administrative processes that support the entire company. She negotiates with suppliers, controls costs and helps optimize company expenses, while also building long-term relationships with business partners. She oversees documentation and administrative processes, and makes sure the office and operational departments run smoothly every day.

She coordinates internal procedures and keeps an eye on formal matters, contracts, and organizational standards, always making sure everything works together efficiently and in the right way.

Outside of work, Joanna loves travelling and discovering new places and cultures. She also values time spent with family and friends, and whenever possible, enjoys being outdoors, especially in the mountains. Her strong planning and organizational skills are just as valuable in everyday work as they are during her journeys.

Thanks to Joanna, Nerli operates in a smooth, efficient, and well-organized way.

Another Wednesday, another story from our team — this time we’re heading to the very heart of Nerli Gruppen Poland.

👉 Meet our General Manager, Michał Zacharko.

Michał is the kind of leader who stays close to both people and processes. With his strong technical background and deep understanding of production, he has a clear view of what’s happening across the company and how all the pieces fit together.

He connects production, logistics, sales, and finance into one well-functioning system. Whether it’s solving a technical challenge, testing new solutions, or supporting the team with complex projects, Michał is always ready to step in. He naturally brings people together, aligns teams around shared goals, and keeps everything moving in the right direction.
At work, he combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach turning plans into real, measurable results.

Outside of work, he keeps his mind just as active. He enjoys popular science books, especially those focused on physics and cosmology, follows current political affairs, and keeps up with the latest developments in technology.
Every few years, he also builds his own custom PCs combining knowledge, hands-on practice and a passion for detail.

Thanks to Michał, Nerli operates as one cohesive system efficient, aligned, and constantly moving forward.

Another Wednesday, another story — and today we’re introducing another member of our team.

👉 Meet Edyta Habrych – our Marketing Project Coordinator!

You’ll often find her surrounded by fabric samples, taking photos, creating visuals, and turning ideas into eye-catching graphics that bring our collections to life. She also works on product presentations, updates marketing materials, and supports campaigns that showcase our products in the best possible way.

Edyta is known for her cheerful and friendly attitude — always approachable, positive, and ready to help wherever needed 🙂

She works closely with the sales team, staying on top of their needs and making sure marketing and sales are always perfectly aligned. She is also responsible for creating product catalogues, brochures, and a variety of customer-facing materials that combine clarity with a strong visual impact.

Outside of work, Edyta enjoys cooking, long walks, and spending quality time with her family.

Today, we’re introducing the person who makes sure our products reach customers smoothly and without unnecessary complications.

👉 Meet Dawid Biliński.

Dawid has been responsible for logistics at Nerli Gruppen for many years. He oversees and coordinates shipments and transport, ensuring everything arrives exactly where it should — no matter the destination.

He moves confidently across the world of logistics — from road to air and sea transport. He supports the sales team and consistently finds solutions that simply work.

At work, he’s reliable and to the point, but what truly sets him apart is his energy. He has a great sense of humor, doesn’t take himself too seriously, and knows how to lift the atmosphere even on the busiest days 🙂

After hours, he keeps the momentum going — working on his car, which takes part in races. And whenever he gets the chance, he’s off traveling. Exploring new places is his second world — and his phone? Full of photos from his trips.

Thanks to Dawid, logistics at Nerli runs exactly as it should — smoothly, on time, and always with positive energy behind it.

As every Wednesday, we take a look behind the scenes and introduce another person from the Nerli team — this time someone who makes sure our production runs smoothly and every product meets the highest standards.

👉 Meet Paulina Bem.

Paulina is a production coordinator for internal shading systems. She oversees and organizes the work of the entire team, ensuring that every stage runs efficiently and without disruption.
She’s the one who always knows where things are — literally. Need a technical drawing or product detail? It takes her just a few seconds. It’s her superpower, and one that often keeps everything on track.
Paulina also strongly supports the sales team with her product knowledge and attention to detail — making sure everything works not only on paper, but in reality.

At work, she values organization, clarity, and quality. She knows how to keep things moving while staying focused on the details that really matter.

After hours, she switches to a completely different pace. She collects antiques and vintage items, restoring them and giving them a second life. She also enjoys surrounding herself with greenery — both real plants and her LEGO Botanicals collection 🌿
And when it’s time to relax, she dives into the world of Formula 1 — usually accompanied by her two cats.

Thanks to Paulina, production runs like a well-tuned machine — smooth, precise, and reliable.

Today, we’re taking you a bit closer to the heart of our production.

Meet Bartłomiej Kluszczyński

Bartłomiej is responsible for organizing and supervising the production process and coordinating the work of the team. Every day, he ensures that the production of roller blinds, awnings, and shutters runs smoothly, on time, and in line with the highest quality standards.

In his work, he closely cooperates with other departments, especially sales and administration. Thanks to clear communication and good coordination, he helps align customer needs with production capabilities — ensuring a smooth flow of information and efficient order ex*****on.

With strong organizational skills, a sense of responsibility, and the ability to make quick decisions, he effectively manages production processes and supports the team in handling daily challenges. He knows that behind every well-made product, there are people and their commitment.

After work, family comes first — it’s his main source of motivation and energy. And when it’s time to reset after a busy day, he heads to the gym. Strength training is his proven way to clear his mind and stay in shape 💪

Because in the end, great products don’t happen by accident — they are built by people like Bartłomiej, one well-organized day at a time.
