Private tour at one of my favorite places 🇵🇱✨

After exploring Warsaw, there’s nothing better than sitting down and discovering some real Polish flavors!

We started with traditional żurek, followed by a giant kotlet schabowy with potatoes, cabbage and delicious homemade-style pickles.

Patelnia Patera restaurant is one of those places I recommend to my guests again and again. My tours usually take a slightly different route, but I always love coming back here and sharing this place with others.

And the best part? Many of my guests return later during their stay in Warsaw, and they’re always happy they did!

A quick stop in Warsaw for my guests from Australia and the USA. 🇦🇺🇺🇸

Summer is in full swing, so it’s always nice to take a break from the heat in one of my favorite local restaurants, where my guests can try traditional Polish dishes and learn the stories behind them.

The holiday season has officially started in Poland, schools are out, and many locals are heading off on vacation. If you’re visiting Warsaw this summer, make sure to plan your activities in advance… and hopefully one of them will be joining my food tour!

Foksal Street in Warsaw
Even though this street crosses the very popular Nowy Świat, always full of tourists and local people, it is always worth turning into Foksal Street. Its name comes from the famous Vauxhall district in London, and today it is one of the most elegant and charming streets in Warsaw.

You will find here theatres, stylish restaurants, pubs, beautiful historic buildings, and luxurious apartments. In the past, this area was known for its artistic and cultural atmosphere, and today it is admired as one of Warsaw’s hidden gems.

Foksal Street is the perfect mix of history, elegance, and local lifestyle, a place that many people pass by, but the ones who discover it never forget it.

Warsaw is one of those cities where everyone can find something they’ll enjoy 🇵🇱

These days, people travel with different tastes, food preferences, and dietary requirements, and honestly, this city has it all.

The most iconic street food snack in Poland! 🇵🇱

Imagine a long, crispy baguette topped with mushrooms , ketchup and melted cheese.
You can customize it however you like! Add meat, fresh vegetables, or keep it classic. You’ll find these everywhere in the big cities, but if you’re visiting Warsaw, I have a local spot for you.
You absolutely have to visit Zapiekanki Wisła on Tamka Street. In my opinion, they are simply the best in the city, you cannot miss this place!

An inspiring mural in the center of Warsaw ✨

What we eat at the beginning of May in Poland? 🇵🇱

The first three days of May, we call it Majówka: are all about relaxing, spending time outside, and of course… grilling

You’ll find people gathering with friends and family, cooking lots of Polish kiełbasa, grilled vegetables, and different kinds of meat. It’s simple, but it’s really traditional.

Grilling (grillowanie) is a big part of our culture, not only during Majówka, but all summer long. Whenever the weather is good, we take it outside.
