Puerto Rico has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world!

Flamenco Beach in Culebra Island is amazing but the ride to get there from the mainland can be a mission. 45 minutes on a ferry that you have to wake up at the crack of dawn to get tickets for.

For $50pp and a quick 10 minute Taxi boat ride, you can get to this beautiful location, Cayo Icacos.

There are many tour groups that will take you but I prefer the taxi boats so that we can control how long we want to stay there.

We coordinated with the Mandíbula water taxi in Fajardo. You can find them on Google. We even paid $20 extra so we could get an umbrella for the day.

Take food and drinks with you as this is an uninhabited island and there is nothing there except people sunbathing and swimming for the day.

Una Weltita en Cayo Icacos Is totally worth it and I highly recommend it. This was my second time there.

Yesterday my niece, aka my "first born child" graduated as an Airframe and Powerplant Mechanic. At 20 years old, she's doing all the things she should be doing and as a family we are so proud of her!

When she was a little girl, I promised her that if she went to school and graduated, I would take her on an all expense trip to Paris...well, t**i keeps her promises!

Along with my family, we've all chipped in and me and my baby will be taking a trip to one of my favorite cities in the world.

When I was 21 I took a 3 week study abroad trip to Europe and it changed my life.

I can't wait for her to have her own experience.

Where we started vs where we ended after 10 months of traveling!

Hope you're not sick of this story because although we will be sharing our return home videos, our travel journeys don't end here. We have hundreds of hours of footage that we will continue to share in different ways, plus catching you up on our lives, and bringing you around in real-ish time.

At the beginning of us leaving to travel the world, we said we wouldn't encourage anyone to quit their jobs to travel...that we were only sharing our journey... That's no longer true, we one thousand percent encourage it! 🤗
