This moderately challenging 4.2-mile hike takes you through lush rainforest, past towering trees and tropical sounds, and ends with a steep stone staircase to a summit lookout you won’t forget. From the top? Views of El Yunque Peak, Yokahu Tower, and even the coastlines of Puerto Rico. 😍

Check out this little beauty we we spotted on our hike! 🐌

This is a Puerto Rican tree snail (Caracolus caracolla), and they're amazing! They live up in the trees of El Yunque, munching on leaves with their "radula" (aka, a rough tongue!).

We admired this one from afar (red nail polish for scale 😉), no pinching or touching! Just appreciating nature's wonders.
