القرار الرسمي من السفارة الامريكية يدخل حيز التفيذ بتاريخ ١/١/٢٠٢٦
تحديث هام حول التأشيرات الأمريكية – ساري اعتباراً من 1 كانون الثاني/يناير 2026:
لحماية الأمن القومي والسلامة العامة والمصالح الوطنية للولايات المتحدة وشعبها، أصدر الرئيس في 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2025 إعلاناً رئاسياً يوسّع ويعزّز قيود الدخول على مواطني الدول التي تعاني من قصور خطير ومزمن في إجراءات الفحص الأمني والتحقق ومشاركة المعلومات. يشمل الإعلان فرض قيود كاملة وحدود على دخول الأفراد الذين يتقدّمون باستخدام وثائق سفر صادرة عن السلطة الفلسطينية أو مُصدَّقة منها.
وبمجرد دخول القرار حيز التنفيذ، يجب رفض طلب أي متقدّم للتأشيرة مشمول بإعلان 16 كانون الأول/ديسمبر، ما لم يكن مؤهلاً لإحدى الاستثناءات المحدودة.
الفئات المتأثرة:
✈️ المتقدمون للحصول على تأشيرة هجرة أو غير هجرة باستخدام وثائق سفر صادرة أو معتمدة من السلطة الفلسطينية، ممن هم خارج الولايات المتحدة ولا يحملون تأشيرة سارية المفعول في تاريخ بدء التنفيذ.
الفئات غير المتأثرة:
المسافرون الحاصلون على تأشيرات صادرة قبل 1 يناير 2026
مزدوجو الجنسية المتقدّمون بجواز سفر من دولة غير مشمولة بالقيود
المقيمون الدائمون القانونيون في الولايات المتحدة
الاستثناءات قد تشمل:
✅ الدبلوماسيين والمسؤولين
✅ الرياضيين والمدرّبين المشاركين في بعض الفعاليات الرياضية الكبرى
✅ الحالات المعتمدة ذات الصلة بالمصلحة الوطنية الأميركية

📢 Important Update Regarding U.S. Visas – Effective Jan. 1, 2026
To protect the national security, public safety, and national interests of the United States and its people, the President issued a proclamation on December 16, 2025, expanding and strengthening entry restrictions on nationals from countries with demonstrated, persistent, and severe deficiencies in screening, vetting, and information-sharing. The proclamation includes full restrictions and entry limitations on individuals applying using travel documents issued or endorsed by the Palestinian Authority.
Once in effect, any visa applicant subject to the December 16 Proclamation must be refused, unless the applicant qualifies for one of the narrowly defined exceptions.
Who is affected:
✈️ Nonimmigrant and immigrant visa applicants applying using travel documents issued or endorsed by the Palestinian Authority, who are outside the U.S., and without a valid visa on the effective date.
Who is not affected:
Travelers with valid visas issued before Jan 1, 2026
Dual nationals applying on a passport from a non-designated country
Lawful permanent residents of the United States
Exceptions may include:
✅ Diplomats and Officials
✅ Athletes & coaches participating in certain major sporting events
✅ Approved cases of U.S. national interest
