We’ve had an incredibly busy summer at Casa Jackson, with lots of guests booking with us directly, but September has definitely been our Airbnb month! 😊

This is THE best Indian / Nepalese restaurant in Carvoeiro in our opinion - we just love it! Food is so fresh, plentiful, and always service with a smile - the staff can never do enough for you. Raquel Marques - Catering Another fabulous recommendation for our guests!

We cannot say enough good things about Raquel, an exceptional private catering chef working in Carvoeiro and the surrounding areas.

We have used Raquel for so many occasions - parties, family get-togethers, special celebrations, relaxed holiday meals, and even breakfast. Sometimes it has just been for a few of us, simply because we are on holiday and thought, “why not?”

Honestly, her talent knows no bounds. She is an expert in her field, her food is outstanding, and her presentation is absolutely sublime. She will work with you to create something that suits your occasion, and you may be very pleasantly surprised by how reasonable her rates are.

Raquel delivers Michelin-star standard food at a fraction of the price. She caters beautifully for small, medium, and large groups, and somehow leaves the kitchen cleaner than when she arrived. She is also a genuinely lovely lady.

We cannot recommend her highly enough.

Go on, spoil yourself - you deserve it!

At Casa Jackson, we never recommend anyone we haven’t personally used - and when we do, it’s because they are truly exceptional.

We can honestly say that Raquel Marques - Catering is the best of the best.

We have used Raquel’s services on many occasions for our guests here at Casa Jackson in Carvoeiro, and her expertise is spectacular on every level. In our opinion, her food is of genuine Michelin-star standard - yet at a FRACTION of the price!

Whether you fancy:

• A beautiful private breakfast or brunch on our stunning patio
• A relaxed afternoon BBQ
• Or an elegant evening meal under the Algarve sky

Raquel caters for it all - and she does it flawlessly.

Everything is absolutely fresh, beautifully presented, and thoughtfully prepared. She works impeccably cleanly and always leaves the kitchen spotless, allowing you to simply relax, unwind and enjoy your holiday.

We have worked with outside caterers before for special guest requests, but without doubt, Raquel leaves the rest standing.

So, if you are already booked to stay at Casa Jackson and would like to add a little extra luxury and pampering to your holiday, we couldn’t recommend her more highly.
