JOB DETAILS
Association For Hajj And Umrah Operators Of Nigeria (AHUON) Southwest Zone, an Association comprising of all Registered Travels and Tours Companies Licensed in Hajj and Umrah operations, is seeking to hire an Administrative Secretary.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
 Responsible for day-to-day running of the Association's secretariat with little or no supervision.
 Working and maintaining good relationship with all members and encouraging non-members to join
 Ensuring the motivation of members by paying occasional visit to them
 Branding, Marketing and projecting the image of the Association
 Keeping financial records of the Association.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
MIN REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
At least 5 years working experience in a related field.

MIN QUALIFICATION:
B.A, B.SC, HND in social sciences

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
 Must be a practising Muslim with a sound knowledge of Islam

 Demonstrate excellent leadership and organizational skills

 Demonstrate excellent integrity and good moral character

 Open minded, honest, straight forward, fair and equitable.

 Ability to interact with diverse people of different views

 Ability to manage budgets and implement spending procedures and monitoring

Good and working knowledge of accounts.

* Ability to speak Arabic will be an added advantage
