The answer depends on how your visa application was processed.

Here's a quick guide:

MOI Visa Approval Tracking: For eligible application approval inquiries.

Qatar Visa Center (QVC): For recruitment processes that require QVC formalities.
Hayya: To track an e-visa application submitted through Hayya.
MOI Residence Permit Inquiries: For the relevant residence permit application service.

One important thing to remember: “No record found” does not automatically mean your visa has been rejected. Double-check your reference number, nationality, search method, and original application platform before taking the next step.
