Strong partnerships drive exceptional experiences. 🤝

We were delighted to host a high level meeting between the ARTIC leadership team and our long standing partner, Marriott International. Today, over 15 of ARTIC’s premium hotels and residences are operated by Marriott, spanning 12 diverse and iconic brands across MENA, Europe and the US.

ARTIC MD & CEO, Mr. Tarek M El Sayed, warmly welcomed the Marriott International team, represented by Mr. Satya Anand (Group President Marriott International US, Canada and CALA) and Mr. Alex Novo (Regional Vice President, Luxury East US & Canada). The meeting was also joined by ARTIC’s executive team, including Mr. Mohammad Ramahi (Group CFO), Mr. Cyril Mouawad (COO), Mr. Gregory A. P. Polino (Head of Asset Management US), and Mr. Mohamed El Sayed (Deputy Head of Asset Management US), alongside Ms. Alaina Sweeney, GM of The St Regis Washington Dc, one of ARTIC’s landmark luxury properties.

This gathering further underscores the strength of our long standing collaboration and our shared vision for delivering world class luxury hospitality.

During his recent visit to Egypt, ARTIC’s MD & CEO Mr. Tarek El Sayed held several high-level meetings to discuss the Company existing projects and potential new investment opportunities.

During his visit, he met with H.E. Dr. Mohamed Farid Saleh, Egypt’s Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade, and H.E. Ayman Mohamed Attia, Governor of Alexandria. The discussions focused on new opportunities for growth and collaboration, reflecting the ARTIC’s continued commitment to strengthening its presence in key markets across the region.

ARTIC remains committed to identifying strategic opportunities that align with its vision for responsible expansion and enhance its portfolio long term performance.

Mr. Saeed bin Ali Al Kharji, Chairman of Qatar Tourism, and other esteemed QHA members to discuss the outlook and developments of Qatar’s hospitality sector.

During the meeting, H.E. Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim Al Thani, Chairman of the Qatari Hotel Association (QHA), emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation between the public and private sectors to support sustainable growth and enhance the sector’s long-term resilience.

As a leading investor and developer, ARTIC continues to play a vital role in shaping Qatar’s hospitality landscape, with a portfolio of 12 hotels in Qatar out of a total of 35 properties worldwide.

During a special ceremony at The St. Regis Washington, D.C., ARTIC proudly marked the hotel’s official induction into Historic Hotels of America, an initiative of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.

Mr. Cyril Moawad, COO of ARTIC, received the commemorative plaque from Mr. Lawrence P. Horwitz, Executive Vice President of Historic Hotels of America and Historic Hotels Worldwide, in the presence of Ms Muriel Bowser, Mayor of the District of Columbia, alongside General Manager Ms Alaina Sweeney and team members from both sides.

A proud milestone celebrating the hotel’s rich heritage and ARTIC’s continued commitment to preserving iconic landmarks.
