Restaurant Manager - 4 stars hotel – Cork, Ireland - by Elite Hospitality Jobs Romania

For our client, a 4 stars hotel, 100 rooms we are looking for a Restaurant Manager with excellent customer service , training amd leadership skills ; ideally somebody currently working in a similar position into a high end bistro or upmarket standalone casual or fine dining restaurant ; starting date January 2026
The role :
The hotel is involved in a major redevelopment project and the launch of pretty much a brand new dining experience and we are looking for an enthusiastic professional who can build everything from scratch (ie table layout and flow of service, operating standards and staff training)
There is currently a strong team directly underneath the lead position so he can see plenty of support for the right person coming in; must be a hands role and must have a strong presence like ownership feeling and to take the place and treat it as they it was their own.

CONTRACT DETAILS: this is not a seasonal job, it’s a minimum 2 years working contract with possibility of extension; salary starting 45.000 euro gross/year ( 3085 euro net/month); working program : 5 days /week , 8-9 hours / day ; 2 days off, 28 days paid holiday; meals provided on duty ; accommodation provided but must pay for the room / utilities ; work permit and residency card provided for non eu nationals ;
