Last Wednesday and this morning I had an interactive Rwanda Business Culture Session again with two groups of students from School for Business and Society. The session discusses Rwandan general communication style (indirect, expressiveness), manager and direct report relation (power distance), time management, conflict resolution, people relationship, dealing with change etc...

I developed this session both to make life easier for international people coming to start businesses in Rwanda as well as contribute to making Rwanda good place to do business.

The last two days have been eventful and great time to connect with amazing people. Yesterday, I was honored to meet her excellency Johanna Teague the Swedish ambassador to Rwanda at a reception celebrating international women's month.

Earlier today I was also privileged to meet his excellency Versmessen Bert, the Ambassador of Belgium to Rwanda during the European Business Chamber investment conference. I was excited to hear from the ambassador that he read and loved my Rwanda Cultural Awareness Book.

What a perfect way of ending the week!!
