Proud to say that Emotion Italia spent several cooking classes in this place🎉🤗

The link explains the great experience of good food and wine you will find at Enoteca del Duca. The owners also have a fabulous winery (Marcampo) from which the wines can be tasted at the restaurant.

When in Bologna the locals like to have their apertivo (Prosecco) or a nice chilled Lambrusco with the Crescentine. A fried “pasta” with assorted cold cuts being, Mortadella, Prosciutto and Salame. Of course the recipe can vary depending who makes it but in general it is always a good treat.
