“So … what do you do when you’re not guiding?”
Well … we love to go on mini expeditons!
Although most of our summer time goes towards guiding, we also try to get away and adventure every now and then. This past weekend, we made a road trip up to the northern mountains across the Arctic Circle and hiked to the highest fjällstuga in Sweden: Låktatjakko (1.228 masl) 🇸🇪
Did we stay in the hut? Ofcourse not, we love sleeping in our tent. Did we suffer? Yes, it was just above freezing most of the time. Did we have a good time? Absolutely! Did we learn new things? Always! 💙💛

På torsdag kör vi igen. Guidat grottäventyr tillsammans med Vindelfjällens naturreservat för alla över 7 år. 200:- för vuxna. Gratis för barn till och med 14 år. Anmälan via naturum Hemavan. Välkomna!

The big cloudberries are starting to get ripe and at the same time the chanterelles are also getting ready for picking. Want to harvest with us, get in touch and we will book a tour for you.

Just some pics from our family nature tour today. We guided a 🇳🇱 family of four through Vindelfjällen today. We tried edible plants, found our where larves live, seen plenty of waterfalls and taught them how to responsible make a fire. Tomorrow we’ll take them on a topptur!

Fota med mobilen. På Torgfesten i Tärnaby lördag 25/7 har du möjlighet till en snabbkurs i mobilfoto med oss. Vi börjar kl 9 från torget i Tärnaby. Under dagen pågår sedan en fototävling där ni har chans att vinna någon av våra upplevelser för 2 personer. Temat är mitt Tärnaby och kan vara precis vad du vill fota i Tärnaby. Tagga med

Följ med på grottäventyr
Kan jag följa med på ert grottäventyr även om jag är osäker på om jag klarar av det?”
Det går alldeles utmärkt!
Under turen besöker vi tre grottor, allt från lättillgängliga till en mer avancerad variant. Eftersom vi aldrig tar oss extremt djupt in har du alltid möjlighet att vända om och gå ut igen. Dessutom ingår varken repmoment, stora hopp eller simning.
Grottäventyret passar alla som vill ha en härlig dag och utforska en fantastisk plats som inte liknar något annat. Alla från 7 år och uppåt med god rörlighet är välkomna att följa med.
Nästa tur går av stapeln den 23 juli. Därefter den 6 och 13 augusti. Ses vi där?

Learn to fish or explore the mountain lakes with us. For a couple of hours or half a day. In August we have some free times for fishing with you.

“Can I join on your cave adventure even if I’m unsure if I can do it?”
You absolutely can! During our tour, we visit three caves, from easy to a more advanced one. As we never go in super deep, you always have the opportunity to go back out. And … we don’t do ropes, big jumps or swimming. Our cave adventure is for anyone who feels like having a great day out and wants to explore some really amazing places in the north of Sweden that cannot be found anywhere else. Anyone age 7 and up with good mobility can join.
Our next tour is on July 23rd. Will we see you there?

Hej everyone! Note that in the next week (29) we won’t be able to accept any bookings for guiding. Andreas is visiting his family up north with his kids and Antonette is taking care of her house in Dorotea, while also preparing for a week of guiding in Jämtlandsfjällen for Explorista Travel.

We’ll be back in week 30 and available for tours on 24-28-29 July upon request. For the other days in July we are fully booked.

You can also join on an exciting cave adventure on July 23rd (see our website) and we’ll be present with a cool outdoor activity on Torgfesten in Tärnaby on the 25th of July.
