WELCOME! This is a free 60 min compassionate, survivor-centered WEBINAR designed to help you get an understanding for the challenges that might face actors and performers as they return to acting after sexual abuse.
We will address ways to shift from physical and emotional paralysis to small, resonant actions that rebuild connection, choice, and embodied safety. This is a webinar for actors and performers and their colleagues, coaches and teachers.
CAMILLA HELLBERG (FIN/SWE) is a professional actor, playwright, singer/songwriter, Associate Teacher of Fitzmaurice Voicework, intuitive healer and creator and founder of Relevant Intuition Sessions. When she returned to acting after a 7 year break she created and performed THE TRIPOD TRILOGY a solo-performance trilogy on intuition and intimacy (2014-2023).
Camilla's live and online workshops and 1-on-1 teaching include: The Actress Rehab, Reclaim/Restore/Renew, Improvised Meaning and Grounded/Groovy/Genuine (new). She runs Relevant Intuition Company (Åland & Sweden) and is part of the free theatre group Ruikuttajat! in Finland.
