Everyone’s getting their year “Wrapped”, so why not us?

While it’s impossible to crunch 12 months’ worth of memories and highlights into a single post - events, insights, ideas, new partnerships, and the people who make it all happen - we figured we’d give you the gist of it.

WiT turned 20 this year and we celebrated by launching our new theme, The Next 20, at WiT Singapore. We officialized a new WiT event in Queenstown, New Zealand, happening in July 2026. Travel Tech Thursdays, our new pocket event series in Kuala Lumpur, brought the community together over cozy conversations. We travelled the world, setting up stage in exciting regions brimming with travel tech potential.

And we couldn’t have done it without you - the WiT community. So, we’re just here to say thank you for the support, be it online or in person, because you made 2025 a milestone year for us.

As we wind down the year, we wanted to take a moment to say a massive thank you!

2025 was a milestone year for us - our 20th anniversary! - and we couldn’t have celebrated two decades of travel tech without your participation and support.

Whether you’ve been with us since day one, or just recently joined our community, you’ve helped us get to where we are today.

It’s been a ride, but as always, we’re already looking beyond the horizon.

We’re continuing our theme, "The Next 20," doubling down on the idea that the next two decades belong to the bold. It’s about using travel not just as an industry, but as a genuine force for good; bridging cultures, supporting communities, and protecting the places we love.

Speaking of places we love, we are beyond excited to announce that for the first time ever, we are taking WiT to New Zealand! Known as the adventure capital of the world, Queenstown is the perfect backdrop to talk about the future of travel tech in this robust region.

Mark your calendars for July 21, 2026. We’ll be gathering at the QT Hotel in Queenstown.
