THE OCEAN: JOURNEY BENEATH
June 6th to November 1st

WHAT:
A descent through the depths of the sea, the exhibition—using advanced submersibles capable of filming at all depths of the ocean—takes visitors beneath the waves, into the ocean’s shifting environments, so far largely unseen.

Vast, intimate, and precise cinematic scenes offer a powerful visual encounter with the ocean’s beauty and fragility. The footage is placed in dialogue with contemporary artworks and specimens - work by internationally renowned artists such as Marshmallow Laser Feast, Marco Barotti, Jana Winderen, Robertina Šebjanič, Lachlan Turczan, Sissel Tolaas, Ong Kian Peng and bit.studio, and National University of Singapore’s long-term coral reef studies.

These perspectives illuminate the ocean as a dynamic, interconnected system that sustains life on Earth.

FLIPSIDE 2026
29th May to 7th June

WHAT: A playful festival of circus, comedy, physical theatre and puppetry.

Flipside is built on risk, offering programmes with circus practitioners performing extraordinary physical feats: mining their personal histories, using their bodies and voices to tell intimate stories, crafting comedy and vulnerability for strangers. Flipside invites audiences to choose curiosity over certainty and arrive at the festival without knowing what to expect, except that this is where the impossible becomes possible.

From high-octane physicality to surreal absurdity, from deeply personal storytelling to communal spectacle, Flipside offers worlds that are daring, playful and deeply human, where artists test their limits, reimagine boundaries and create moments of wonder.

PLUCK & PIZZ: THE MUSICAL
20th & 21st June

WHAT: An original harp musical — a magical family theatre experience. In the fantastical and joyful realm of Enchantia, Pluck, a graceful harp fairy, is called upon to restore harmony to the once-glorious kingdom of Cordavia. Bound by rigid traditions and ruled by the echoes of classical order, Cordavia has fallen into silence — and lost its soul.

At the edge of a dark forest, Pluck encounters Pizz, a fiery and free-spirited violinist whose jazz-like, improvisational music defies everything Cordavia stands for. Can they awaken the spirit of a kingdom that forgot how to listen? A heart-warming journey of courage, imagination and harmony, where music has the power to light the way.

Perfect for children aged 4 and above, parents and families.

In English, approximately 90 minutes.

DER LAUF (The Way Things Go)
26th & 27th June

WHAT: Precariously perched wine glasses, heaps of broken plates and an uncountable number of buckets—a juggler and his doppelgänger compete in a series of absurdist experiments. Oh, and they can’t see. With the audience invited to join in by throwing balls of their own, what could possibly go wrong?

An interactive, delirious and utterly unpredictable performance hurtles a juggler headlong through an avalanche of mind-boggling and very strange games. Will the spinning plates fall? Will a fragile tower of glasses, stacked while wearing boxing gloves, stay upright? Or will everything come crashing down? Nothing can change the course of things... except the audience’s shouts to guide him.

In a genre of its own, this sharp and edgy cabaret invites audiences to witness a hypnotising ballet of buckets, balance and body memory—where even knives can be used for juggling. One thing is certain: destruction awaits!

In English, 55 minutes, with no intermission.
