Have you seen the Kung Fu Peacock? I thrilling to see two peacock hens engaged in an all-out battle for the affections of a majestic male peacock! Talk about a fierce competition for love!

It was like something out of a movie—Truly a scene worthy of the phrase “凤舞九天” (Phoenix dance in the sky)! 🤣🤣🤣

Just wrapped up the Run for Hope this morning, and it was such a blast! After my tough Animal Flow workshop yesterday, my muscles were definitely feeling it. But being surrounded by 5,000 other runners really helped me forget about the pain.

It was awesome to run with my Amara colleagues, and we kept a great pace together! A big shoutout to everyone who took part in this special event—it felt great to be part of something meaningful.

It’s been a busy weekend, but moments like this remind me why I love getting out there and supporting good causes. Let’s keep the good vibes going!
