Founded in 2012, The Luxe Nomad was built on a simple idea - that booking a luxury villa should be easy. With an initial fundraising round of USD 200,000 from Tigris Capital in Singapore, Chief Nomad and Founder Stephanie Chai launched the company out of her apartment living room, along with a team of three humans and two cats (though the cats have since moved on!).
As the company evolved, so too have our vision and our goals. Known primarily as Asia-Pacific’s leading luxury villa booking portal, we expanded into villa management in late 2017. Today, we boast an exclusive collection of 85+ villas in Thailand and Indonesia; expanding The Luxe Nomad experience from booking to check-out.
