This house sits snugly on an elongated plot alongside a sloping park connector which sees the front being a storey higher than the rear. We seized this opportunity for a symbiotic relationship between the dwelling and the adjacent greenery. Spaces like the dining area are designed to ‘perch over’ the green connector and amongst the trees, bringing the inhabitants closer to the outdoors while maintaining their privacy from the curious peeks of park users.

The green wall sprawls across the air well to the courtyard - bringing in daylight and enlivening the living spaces.
