Oh The Places You'll Go...

One of which should be The Amazing World of Dr Seuss Museum in Springfield, MA 🥳

On the first floor you can play rhyming games & invent stories. The 2nd floor recreates Theodor Geisel's (aka Dr Seuss') studio with family photos & letters. The basement has a classroom with arts & craft & open play 🎨

And outside is a Memorial Sculpture Garden with The Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, Cindy Lou, the Lorax, the Grinch, etc. 🐘

Seussville come to life! 🤯

Another weekend, another theme park or two... this time in Atlanta, Georgia 🎢

Half a day was at Six Flags White Water which was a rustic little water park, from the days when things were built around their natural environments... so scenic and shady, on the water slides it felt like you were riding through the trees 🌳

A day & a half was at Six Flags Over Georgia which had a surprising amount of great rides & greenery. Within the park was also Hurricane Harbor but it had yet to open for the season back in May ☀️

Atlanta, always be keeping it peachy 🍑

Hello June, Farewell May - a busy month of 3 trips, 2 lost car seats, 1 birthday & 0 posts 🙃

Weekender #1 was to Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio aka the rollercoaster capital of the world. Many of the rides were extreme but it was also a very family-friendly park, with lots of themed areas & kiddie rides 🎢

Another highlight was it's scenic location, set on its own peninsula - step out of the gate and you're right on the shore of Lake Erie 🌊

Cedar Point = on point! 🏀

This is what the biggest indoor playground in NYC looks like...

Completeplayground is a non-profit, inclusive family center with play zones for kids of all ages and abilities 🙌

For Autism Awareness Month, they offered free admission every Monday in April - worth an after school trip to NYC! 🎒

Pics are a mix of our visit last week & a few months back, where we also attended a Robotics class - they have it all! 👾

Branch Brook Park proved that you can still have a Cherry Blossom Festival without cherry blossoms! 🌸

The flowers had already peaked but it was still a Family Fun Day out with free paddle boating, petting zoo, bubble shows, bouncy houses... and lots of other things we didn't line up for 🙈

Moments to cherry-ish, life in full bloom! 🥰

Let's go fly a kite at Pier Village 🪁

Always look forward to the annual Kites at the Pier! ☀️

The wind speed and direction wasn't in favor of the big kites launching but it was so nice to be back at the beach ⛱️
