1. You can email, text, or even call us for any bookings or enquires.
2. 50% of the payment for the tour is to be made by bank transfer within 3 days after booking confirmation. We have an account in Singapore, China, and Indonesia.
3. You can buy your air ticket and insurance on your own accord. Our Tour Guides will wait for you between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the Airport.
4. If you need our service to book your air ticket and insurance, we can do so at no service charge.
5. For the second 50% payment, you can make it to us before or when you arrive at the airport in your currency or the local currency or by bank transfer.
6. Our service is pure and honest tourism business. We will not take you anywhere to purchase things that we take a commission from the merchant. We only bring you according to the itinerary shown to you before booking.
7. Our service includes bringing you to some other places if you want any special arrangement.
8. If you need to exchange your currency, we can change it for you according to the global standard rate.
9. On the last day, between 12p.m and 2p.m we will send you back to the airport safely.
10. Tipping is not necessary.
11. Tourists in a group are a minimum of 4 persons and a maximum of 8 or 3 families.
