บริษัท ธงจักร จำกัด ได้รับการก่อตั้งเดือนมีนาคม พ.ศ.2546 โดย พลเรือโท ไพโรจน์ สันติเวชชกุล ผู้มีความเชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับด้านพาณิชย์นาวี มากว่า 40 ปี
ปัจจุบันบริษัทธงจักร เป็นบริษัทเพียงแห่งเดียวในประเทศไทยที่จัดส่งลูกเรือระดับช่างซ่อมบำรุงไปทำงานบนเรือของ บริษัทเรือยักษ์ใหญ่ในต่างประเทศ อาทิเช่น Maersk Line, Maersk Tanker, Torm group, Safmarine และอื่นๆ

รียนการเรือไทย ซึ่งเป็นโรงเรียนสอนลูกเรือเดินทะเล ที่เปิดอบรมหลักสูตรที่ได้มาตรฐานต่างๆ ทั้งระยะสั้นและระยะยาว เพื่อเป็นตัวเสริมมาตรฐานบริการ และด้วยประสบการณ์ในการจัดส่งลูกเรือกว่า 13 ปี ประกอบกับมาตรฐานและคุณธรรมที่บริษัทยึดมั่น ส่งผลให้บริษัทล้วนเป็นที่ยอมรับในระดับสากล
บริษัท ธงจักร จำกัด ได้รับการรับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 9001:2008 และปฏิบัติตามอนุสัญญาว่าด้วยแรงงานทางทะเล หรือ Maritime Labour Convention 2006 ที่เป็นอนุสัญญา ที่ว่าด้วยการคุ้มครองสิทธิและสวัสดิการของลูกเรือ อย่างเคร่งครัด
Thongchak Manning Company Limited was founded in March 2003 by Mr.Pairoj Santivejakul, Vice Admiral of the Royal Thai Navy and the Chairman of Thai Marine School who experienced in maritime field for more than 40 years. Currently, our company is the only one who sending out the maintenance crew support teams to worldwide shipping companies such as Maersk Line, Maersk Tanker, Safmarine etc. Our alliance is Thai Marine School who provide pre–sea and onboard vocational training for deck and engine ratings to enable them to sail as fully qualified seafarers. Our strong relationship between Thai Marine School create higher standard of services and with our 10 years experiences of sending crews , the company is well accepted in the market. Thonchak Manning is certified by ISO 9001 : 2008 on Quality Management System. The company also strictly follow the policy of Maritime Labour Convention 2006 in order to protect crew’s rights and welfares.
