Situated in Koh Samui, Waterfall Villa features accommodation with a private pool, a balcony and sea views. The air-conditioned accommodation is 14 km from Koh Samui.
This villa has 2 bedrooms, a flat-screen TV, a dining area, and a kitchen with a microwave and a fridge.
Guests can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool at the villa.
Chaweng is 22 km from Waterfall Villa, while Lamai is 9 km from the property. The nearest airport is Samui International Airport, 27 km from the accommodation.
The main lower 2 bedroom house. This house has the 14m high waterfall and pool in the living room.
The view is the best on Samui.
The rates for Low season, High season and Peak/ Christmas- New year season ( December 20 to January 10th) but we can change them.
Low Season : 175 USD per night
High Season: 250 USD per night
Peak Season: 300 USD per night
Rates also include housekeeper, electricity, internet, change of towels and bedding each 3rd day daily cleaning etc.

Nightly Rates (2019/2020). Prices are per Night for the entire private Villa, occupied by 2 persons. Any additional person is 800 THB extra per night. Children below 3 years stay complimentary, children from 4 - 12 years charged 400 THB extra per night.

ELECTRICITY: As part of our eco friendly drive to preserve Koh Samui, electricity usage will be charged by real consumption. This is to reduce unnecessary usage by leaving Aircon units running while guests are not at the Villa. Electricity is charged 10 Baht per unit.

DEPOSIT: Please note that the Villa requires a $250 deposit upon check-in, any additional costs for the Villa will be deducted from the deposit and returned to you at check out.
