Thank you everyone for joining our chat yesterday. Here are some of FAQs from last night, regarding the current process of visa application before the change on Feb 7:

- I have an appointment scheduled and have paid the visa fee at Thai Post: Keep your appointment and present the receipt for your visa fee. We look forward to your interview!

- I have made an appointment under the old system, but did not pay the fee: If your appointment is before or on February 7, you can pay the fee at the Embassy. If your appointment is after the 7th, then please log on to http://www.ustraveldocs.com/th, create a profile, and pay your visa fee at a Krungsri Bank branch. This will also allow you to use the free document return via Thai Post.

- I have purchased a visa fee with Thai Post, but not made an appointment: Email us [email protected] and we’d be happy to schedule you for an interview!

- I have neither made an appointment nor purchased a visa fee: Just wait until February 7th, and schedule under the new system. Plenty of appointments will be available!
