Hello dear fellow nomads, I would like to share here with you some insights about one discussion, which we had in nomadic group. And it is, how to build trust, when renting appartments/places for our work/stay online. Many people have already booked our Villa with total trust, we are committed to provide best experience for you and to help you feel home in Koh Samui. To build trust in our relationship with our customer (and how I feel it too as digital nomad, who is still learning by doing), I am sharing with you sample of the contract between tenant and us. Also we are here to help you with any concern and accommodate any your idea, whatever helps you, to feel more confident in booking our lovely place. It can be video call, video tour of the villa or what do you prefer. We are building our relationship on the trust and friendship in the community. So even when our Villa is fully booked until end of august 2025, there is also possibility to offer you accommodation in nearby Villa in the same standard, through our community of owners. How would you feel, if you can sit in this swimming pool, observing sun set, relaxing and enjoying beauty of mountain top and Ko Samui atmosphere. You can also easily get to the Fisherman Village. In case better transportation we can arrange for you motorbike/scooter/car. May 2025 is still available. Write us and we will be more than happy to show you around. 😊

As we love to meet people, who are willing to visit our little heaven and paradise, we are also sharing with you information flyer with prices and everything what you need to know, before making decision to come to see your future home in Koh Samui.
Prices are for whole house, for whole property (3 bedrooms with king size bed), therefore it is more suitable for extended family, group of digital nomads friends or people who need more than just one room.

Villa can easily accommodate up to 6 people (Villa has a total of 3 bedrooms, each with a comfortable king-size bed). If you are organizing retreat or stay for more friends, just let us know and we can discuss other possibilities according to number of people.
