✅ประกันคุ้มครองอุบัติเหตุสำหรับนักกีฬา

รายละเอียดประกันอุบัติเหตุความคุ้มครองวงเงิน
-ค่าชีวิตและทุพพลภาพ 100,000 บาท
-ค่ารักษาพยาบาล 10,000 บาท สำหรับนักนักกีฬาในงานนี้ ที่ลงทะเบียนอย่างถูกต้อง
และมีรายชื่อในทะเบียนผู้เข้าแข่งขันเท่านั้น
ที่จะได้รับความคุ้มครองตามกรมธรรม์ประกันอุบัติเหตุ

"อุบัติเหตุ" หมายถึง การที่นักกีฬาประสบอุบัติเหตุได้รับความบาดเจ็บทางร่างกาย และการบาดเจ็บนั้นส่งผลให้นักกีฬาต้องเข้ารับการรักษาพยาบาล หรือรุนแรงถึงขั้นทุพพลภาพ สูญเสียอวัยวะ เช่น สะดุด ลื่นหกล้ม แมลงหรือสัตว์ กัด ต่อย โดนไม้ เศษหิน เหล็ก ตะปู ทิ่มแทงหรือตำ เป็นต้น ในขณะแข่งขัน
***ยกเว้นไม่รวมถึงกรณีของนักกีฬาที่เจ็บป่วยด้วยความไม่สมบูรณ์ของร่างกายหรือจากโรคประจำตัว การหดเกร็งของกล้ามเนื้อ (ตะคริว) รวมถึงเป็นลม Heatstroke สำหรับอาการบาดเจ็บจากอุบัติเหตุเล็กน้อยสามารถติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่และทีมแพทย์ในเส้นทางแข่งขันหรือที่เส้นชัยเพื่อปฐมพยาบาลเบื้องต้นได้

กรณีนักกีฬาประสบอุบัติเหตุ
1.ผู้บาดเจ็บสามารถเข้าโรงพยาบาลหรือคลีนิคที่ใกล้ๆหรือสะดวกได้เลย
2.ผู้บาดเจ็บต้องสำรองเงินจ่ายค่ารักษาพยาบาลที่เกิดขึ้น (ไม่เกินวงเงินที่คุ้มครอง) แล้วนำมาเบิกคืนกับทางบริษัทประกันภายหลัง
3.ส่งเอกสารตัวจริงให้กับทางบริษัทประกัน (ซึ่งใช้เวลาในการจ่ายค่าสินไหมประมาณ 7-15 วัน หลังจากได้รับเอกสารตัวจริงและโอนเข้าบัญชีผู้ที่ได้รับบาดเจ็บ)

1.ใบเสร็จค่ารักษาพยาบาล (ตัวจริง)
2.ใบรับรองแพทย์ (ให้แพทย์ระบุว่าเกิดจากอุบัติเหตุ วันที่มีกิจกรรม)
3.สำเนาบัตรประชาชนผู้บาดเจ็บ (เซ็นต์รับรองสำเนา)
4.หน้า Book Bank ธนาคารสำหรับโอนเงินค่าสินไหม

Accident Insurance Coverage for Athletes
For Horizon Trail Lamphun
Accident insurance coverage details:
- Life and Disability: 100,000 THB
- Medical Expenses: 10,000 THB for athletes who have correctly registered and are listed in the official competition registry.
"Accident" means an incident where an athlete suffers physical injury that requires medical treatment or results in severe disability or loss of limbs. This includes incidents such as tripping, slipping, insect or animal bites, stings, or injuries from wood, stones, metal, or nails during the competition.
*** Excludes cases where athletes suffer from existing medical conditions or cramps (muscle spasms) and heatstroke. Minor accident injuries can be attended to by officials and medical teams along the race route or at the finish line for initial first aid.
In the event of an accident:
1. The injured person can go to the nearest or most convenient hospital or clinic.
2. The injured person must pay for medical expenses upfront (within the covered amount) and later claim reimbursement from the insurance company.
3. Submit the original documents to the insurance company (claims are processed within 7-15 days after receiving the original documents and funds are transferred to the injured person's account).

2. Medical certificate (the doctor must specify that the injury is from the race event)
3. Copy of the injured person's ID card (certified copy)
4. Bank book page for transferring the insurance claim payment
