This 2.9 kilometer stretch of beach south of Jomtien in the sub district of Na Jomtien is unlike most beaches in Pattaya because it has many resorts siuated “on the beach”, unlike Pattaya and Jomtien there is no busy road between the resort and the beach. Na Jomtien Beach is probably more comparable to Koh Samet than it is to Pattaya, the beach itself could be best described as extension of Jomtie

My comparison to Koh Samet does not relate to sand and water quality, you won’t see pristine white sand and crystal clear water on Na Jomtien Beach. There are several resorts on Na Jomtien Beach, including the Pinnacle Resort, Ravindra ,Ocean Marina ,Sunset Park , Sean sand sun , Palm grove and Botany Beach Resort. Besides the resorts there are 5 or 6 beach bars, restaurants, massage, kite boarding, wind surfing and even tattoo parlors.

ครม.อนุมัติหลักการ เปิดให้นักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติประเภทพิเศษ (Special Tourist Visa) เข้ามาในประเทศไทย ให้คนต่างด้าวที่มีคุณสมบัติ ดังนี้
1️⃣ เป็นบุคคลต่างด้าวที่ประสงค์จะเดินทางมาพำนักระยะยาว (Long Stay) ภายในประเทศไทย
2️⃣ ยอมรับการปฏิบัติตามมาตรการด้านสาธารณสุขที่ประกาศใช้ภายในประเทศไทย และตกลงยินยอมกักตัวในห้องพักจำนวน 14 วัน (ALSQ)
3️⃣ หลักฐานสถานที่พักอาศัยระยะยาวภายในประเทศไทย (Long Stay)
3.1 หลักฐานการชำระเงินค่าโรงแรมที่พัก (ALSQ) หรือโรงพยาบาลที่พัก (AHQ) ภายในประเทศไทย
3.2 หลักฐานอย่างใดอย่างหนึ่ง ดังต่อไปนี้
3.2.1 หลักฐานการชำระเงินค่าโรงแรมที่พัก ที่จะใช้เป็นที่พักหลังจากออกจากโรงแรมที่พักที่เป็นสถานที่กักตัว (ALSQ) หรือโรงพยาบาลที่พัก (AHQ) ตามระยะเวลาที่ประสงค์จะพำนักระยะยาว (Long Stay) ภายในประเทศไทย
3.2.2 หลักฐานสำเนาโฉนดห้องชุดของที่พักอาศัยประเภทคอนโดมิเนียมที่เป็นกรรมสิทธิ์ของบุคคลต่างด้าวหรือบุคคลในครอบครัวของบุคคลต่างด้าว
3.2.3 หลักฐานการเช่าที่พักประเภทคอนโดมิเนียมหรือบ้านพัก
3.2.4 หลักฐานการชำระเงินดาวน์ของบุคคลต่างด้าวในการซื้อหรือเช่าที่พักอาศัยประเภทคอนโดมิเนียมที่บุคคลต่างด้าวสามารถซื้อได้ตามกฎหมาย

โดยจะเริ่มให้ นักท่องเที่ยว กลุ่มนี้เดินทางเข้าประเทศได้ในช่วงเดือนตุลาคม 2563 สัปดาห์ละ 100-300 คน ประมาณ 1,200 คน/เดือน และคาดว่าจะสร้างรายได้ให้กับประเทศประมาณ 1,200 ล้านบาท/เดือน

ผู้ที่สนใจให้แจ้งความจำนงต่อบริษัทตัวแทนของ ททท.ที่เป็นศูนย์กลางในการรวบรวมข้อมูลของนักท่องเที่ยวที่จะเข้ามาในประเทศไทยในรูปแบบนักท่องเที่ยวชาวต่างชาติประเภทพิเศษ (Special Tourist Visa)
