When ‘Educated’ People Act Careless

I just need to say this because it really disgusted me. I was sitting next to a foreign couple here in Central Phuket. When they left, they walked away like everything was fine… but they left their trash right on the table.

I’m pretty sure they’re educated people — I mean, they’re able to travel abroad, so they should know basic manners. But how can educated adults still do something so inconsiderate and disrespectful?

It’s not hard to pick up after yourself. Respecting public places is the least anyone can do. 🙄🗑️

☕🇹🇭 One thing I’ve really come to appreciate about living in Thailand — it’s so easy to reserve a table! 😄
You can just leave your keys, wallet, or drink on the table, walk away for a bit, and when you come back… everything’s still there, exactly how you left it.

I took this photo earlier just to show how common and normal this is here. It really shows how safe and respectful people in Thailand are. 💚

This isn’t just a one-time thing either — it’s happened many times already, and I’ve never had a bad experience so far. It honestly makes daily life so much more relaxed and stress-free.

Of course, this is just my experience — how about you?
