But because they make the same 5 mistakes over and over.

After 20 years running tours and managing a DMC here, I’ve seen these patterns repeat. Here’s what goes wrong (and how to fix it):

━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━

𝟭. 𝗜𝗚𝗡𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗦𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗣𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗗𝗬𝗡𝗔𝗠𝗜𝗖𝗦

❌ The mistake: Pricing Turkey tours the same year-round.

✅ The fix: April-May and September-October are 30% cheaper than July-August, with better weather and fewer crowds.
