Yes, we want you to eat more dark chocolate by posting this!

The news in the cocoa and chocolate world is so crazy right now with cocoa supply fluctuations driving changes in your favourite products.

We have a few months supply left and our chocolates are still made with 100% Ortinola beans.

No cocoa substitutes (fermented rice / carob) no reduced portion sizes, no vegetable oil, no stabilizers, the same as before.

A fun reminder, read the back of your products, ingredients are listed by weight

May is here and we have a busy month of field trips and events - thank you!

In Ortinola news, we have started using our own Ortinola coffee beans in our 80% with coffee bars, have you noticed the difference?☕️

Cocoa powder and some products are OUT OF STOCK for the foreseeable future, as harvests continue to be poor🍫

Honey is technically sold out, but we hope to get more within the next couple weeks 🏺

Did you see our copper-rumped hummingbird feeding on the Antigua Heat flowers? Dry Season is finally here and the pasture grass is turning brown, but many trees are also flowering, it’s almost April!

We are now *sold out* of cocoa powder and honey until further notice

Our dark milk bars and cocoa tea should be in stock next week as we are currently filling orders

Witches broom fungus continues to reduce our yields drastically; but we are reaching out to all our industry partners to come up with a solution, or at least part of a solution
