๐Ÿฆ Pride of the Future
Every legend begins with curiosity. Today, the mighty hunter is completely focused on conqueringโ€ฆ a tiny stick.

In the lion kingdom, even a stick can become the prize worth fighting for. Every game is practice for the future

Mum doesnโ€™t stop for long. A hungry cub quickly learns that in the wild, you take every opportunity.

Thereโ€™s no safer place than walking beside your mother. Her presence is protection, comfort, and the first lesson in survival.

After all the excitement, itโ€™s time to slow down. Even little kings need a break.

After all the excitement, itโ€™s time to slow down. Even little kings need a break.

Growing up in a pride means every day is another adventure shared with family.

And while the cubs dream of becoming kings, the current rulers remind everyone that true strength is often quiet.

Tarangire has always been one of my happy places.

I donโ€™t know if itโ€™s the elephants, the baobab trees, the beautiful landscapes, or just the feeling of being there, but every time I visit, I fall in love with it all over again.

Whenever I get a chance to jump into a safari vehicle and head out with guests, I enjoy every second of it.

Looking through these photos from my last visit to Tarangire brought back so many good memories. Moments like these remind me how lucky I am to do what I do, and how grateful I am.

Hereโ€™s a little Tarangire photo dump. ๐Ÿ˜โค๏ธ

As safari business owner, I spend significant amount of time Designing safari itineraries, planning routes, replying to emails, crafting tailor-made experiences, making adjustments and trying to make every trip feel special for each guest.

Since we mostly do customized safaris, a lot of work happens quietly behind the scenes.

But every now and then, I get the chance to leave the office and join my guests on safari and that is when I feel the happiest.

Driving through the wilderness, watching guests experience Tanzania for the first time, sharing stories, laughing together, meeting local people, and seeing the magic of places like Serengeti and Ngorongoro through fresh eyesโ€ฆ it reminds me exactly why I do this.

Sometimes I pause and realize how blessed I am to be in this position. Born close to nature, raised with conservation deeply rooted in life, and now lucky enough to combine that with what I truly love guiding, storytelling, meeting amazing people, and get to do wildlife photography ๐Ÿ˜Š, Is not always easy but still I would choose the same job.

Just wrapped up an incredible week on safari with an amazing group of guests.

From long drives through my sacred homeland, Serengeti and Ngorongoro, to sharing moments with local communities, beautiful landscapes, laughter, and unforgettable conversationsโ€ฆ this trip meant a lot to me. There is something special about doing what you truly love while helping others experience the magic of Tanzania through your eyes as our motto says,

Long before the Serengeti and Ngorongoro became protected areas, national parks, or conservation zones, my ancestors lived with this land, respecting it, protecting it, and understanding the delicate balance between people, wildlife, and nature.

I come from one of the oldest tribes connected to this ecosystem. For generations, we lived alongside wildlife, not above it. Conservation was never something we studied in books or spoke about in meetings, it was simply our way of life.

Today, I proudly work as a wildlife safari guide , sharing the beauty of these landscapes with travelers from around the world. But my connection to this wilderness did not begin with my profession. It began at birth.

Every animal track tells a story. Every season carries wisdom. Every journey through these lands feels personal.

For me, the Serengeti and Ngorongoro are not just destinations. They are home.

My ancestors, the Datooga, lived on this land as pastoralists, moving with it, not against it. Sharing space with wildlife, understanding its rhythm, respecting its presence.

They didnโ€™t call it conservation. It was a way of life. That way of life shaped how I see the wild today. I didnโ€™t learn wildlife from a distance, I grew into it.

Now, the path looks different. Through guiding, photography, and conservation, I continue that same relationship with the land.

Different era. Same responsibility. And itโ€™s one I carry with purpose.

The wild doesnโ€™t perform. It unfolds โ€” raw, unpredictable, unforgettable.

From silent predators to moments of pure power,
this is what a real safari feels like.

Early morning in the Serengeti National Park.
While my guests floated above the plains on a balloon safari, I stayed behindโ€ฆ and witnessed something just as magical. We found a large elephant family calm, coordinated, but doing something different.

As I watched closely, it hit me, wildlife isnโ€™t just about what you see, but when you see it.

Their behavior shifts with time, temperature, rhythm of the day. This morning, it was digging, moving with purpose, almost strategic.

Same animals. Different hour. Different story.

A gentle giant, lost in the rhythm of the wild.
This is Tarangire National Park at its finest.
We return today with our guests to experience moments that canโ€™t be stagedโ€”only felt.
