This is para gliding from the mountain longido Rock summit flying to the sky and down to the near of the road to namanga the village of kimokouwa it take someone from the summit down there only 30min.while trekking down by feet will take you about 6 hours.welcome to longido for many ways to climbing 9hours up and down trekk and and overnight to summit for sunset and sunrise.many different attractive views like mt.kilimanjaro, Meru, mt.oldonyo lengai(mt.of God)maasai families and bomas livestock and plains.
