Overall was it a wunderfull experience. Loth, our Guide, was amazing and very competent. He showed us all the big five animals and many more. We had an old car and it made some problems. But Loth always found good solutions. Thank you Loth for everything.

Our safari experience was fantastic, largely thanks to our guide, Allois. He was attentive, proactive, and incredibly skilled at spotting wildlife. He was constantly searching for animals, always making sure we were comfortable, and never rushed us when we wanted to take photos. He gave us all the time we needed to enjoy each sighting and capture great pictures.

He was always punctual, professional, and every morning the vehicle was clean and ready for the day. His dedication and enthusiasm truly made the safari special.

The only area that could be improved is the communication from the agency. After booking, I would have appreciated more information about the logistics of the trip, what to expect, and some practical recommendations to help us prepare. A little more attention before arrival would have made the experience even smoother.

That said, the guide was outstanding and exceeded all expectations. He made this safari an unforgettable experience.

Let’s see where to begin. This was a trip of a lifetime.And I am so glad I booked with Amshar. We had the pleasure with meeting to of your amazing drivers. The first one Obieday( I hope I’m spelling that right) met us at the airport to pick us up and take us to our hotel. And the next day he met us to take us on a tour of Arusha. He showed us all of wonders of Arusha and the history of the beautiful city. Then the next day our driver Aloyce met us to start our safari journey. We went to Tarangerie National park, where he told us all about the different species that was there and made sure to spot out all of the amazing animals that we could find. It was breathtaking. After a long day, he took us to our first stay at Njia Panda tented lodge where the locals made us feel so welcomed ( it was so comforting being so far from home). Such a beautiful place. The next day onto the Serengeti ( this is my husband #1 place of all time and the reason for this trip). Aloyce was Absolutely Amazing in making sure he could spot and find all of my husbands must see favorite animals. We saw cheetahs, lions, wildebeest, impalas, giseles , zebras, giraffes, elephants and much much more. It was Beautiful. We have saved for this trip for years and booked it a year in advance and it was everything we dreamed of and more. And that is only because of our driver who made it all possible to make sure we saw everything we could. The next day was our balloon adventure, Aloyce made sure we got in touch with them so we knew where to go in the morning for that. After that he met us for a continuation of our safari journey. We then traveled to the Ngorongoro crater where we found out that Rinos where up at the side of the road, a great find for us to get some really great pictures and rare I might add. Aloyce was amazing this whole trip and made it such a Wonderful experience for us first timers to really experience Africa and all its Amazing Beauty. Amshar, thank you so very much for helping me with the designing of the perfect trip for my husband, and for answering all of my questions ( for a first time international travelers). The places you picked for accommodations ( Arusha Summit Lodge, Njia Panda tented lodge, Tuckanoe tented lodge, Eileen’s trees inn) were all so beautiful, warm and welcoming. This entire experience was so Amazing because of all of you. I hope to come again and experience more of what Africa has to offer and I will definitely be in contact with you!!

Mi experiencia con la empresa ha sido muy buena, tanto en la comunicación previa como durante el safari, atendiendo rápidamente cualquier consulta o duda en español, que era lo que yo buscaba. Lo que es el safari en sí es una experiencia maravillosa, los alojamientos y comidas sin lujos pero muy bien, así como el buen trato del personal y de nuestro guía. La única parte “negativa” la tendría que dar en el tiempo que dedicamos al día del cráter del Ngorongoro, ya que se nos hizo muy corto. Si lo hubiéramos sabido, ya sea por nosotros preguntar o la empresa o el guía advertirlo, hubiéramos planteado la ruta de otra forma, ya que solo estuvimos unas 2 horas efectivas en el parque. También echamos en falta un poco más de paciencia por parte del guía cuando le decíamos que queríamos parar, ya que no siempre atendía nuestras peticiones y parecía en algún momento que quería terminar todo cuanto antes. Pero a pesar de esto mi puntuación es un 8 sobre 10, ya que en general fue una experiencia maravillosa y me quedo contento con los servicios recibidos.

I loved our two drivers Rajah and Loth they made our experience so amazing. They interacted with us and entertained us with all the knowledge they knew about the animals. I would definitely come back to Tanzania because of them and ask for them for the safari. The safari part was amazing as well, it was so cool seeing as these animals so close and it’s such a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you so much Raja and Loth!!

I chose four stars because of the agency, if this rate depends on the guide Alois I will give you 10 stars, he is excellent, proactive, supportive, he is always helping us, but the agency, what a shame, bad experience with them, I would rather better communication and better explanation of all the tour and accomodations, the lodge Tukaone is not that what we were expecting.

Safe driver over some times difficult road conditions Enjoyed accommodation especially Safari tent Kontiki. Excellent food and packed lunches
