RUAHA NATIONAL PARK

Ruaha is the largest park in Tanzania with an area of about 20,226 square kilometers with dramatic landscapes and abundant wildlife. This park host the largest population of elephants range from 15,000 to 20,000 individuals and it is also the best place to see the largest pride of lions with over 30 individual. The magnificent black-mane male lions that dominate some of the prides can easily spotted in this park. The best duration of time to explore Ruaha National Park is 3 days but for travelers with limited time yet they can spend 2 days and still experience the same.
