Elders said that.. old is gold..till now zanzibaris we are proceeding to preserve our sea food in old ages style .... we dry sea food with sun , just keep your eyes down here and see small fishes, octopuses, oysters, sharks,those are dried we can put them even 6 months before consuming them.
