*04:30 – 06:00 AM:* Early hotel pickup in Zanzibar and transfer to Abeid Amani Karume International Airport (ZNZ)

*07:00 – 08:00 AM:* Domestic flight (approx. 45–60 minutes) directly to the Mikumi Airstrip located inside the park.

*08:30 AM – 12:30 PM:* Morning game drive in an open-roof 4x4 safari vehicle. You will typically explore the Mkata Floodplain known as the "Little Serengeti" for its abundant wildlife.

*12:30 – 01:30 PM:* A "bush lunch" or picnic at a scenic site within the park, often near waterholes where animals gather to drink.

*01:30 – 03:30 PM:* Afternoon game drive, often visiting the Hippo Pool to see hippos and crocodiles.
