Meet the Zanzibar Team - Ryan Toll.

Ryan’s path into aviation was shaped by years spent working in some of the world’s most remote and demanding environments. Beginning his career as a whitewater kayaking and rafting guide, he led multi-day expeditions through wilderness regions across the globe, navigating challenging rivers often accessed only by helicopter.
His path to the pilot’s seat began in New Zealand, but it was Africa that truly captured his interest.

After flying in Botswana, he developed a deep appreciation for the landscapes and natural beauty of the continent. Now based in Zanzibar with Tropic Helicopters, he is proud to share this unique perspective, showcasing the islands and coastline from the air.
