Its now 5 months since the Uganda government enforced a total lockdown and a curfew due to the Covid19 pandemic and many families have seen their livelihoods obliterated this year as a result of the pandemic. Many vulnerable families around Kahangi village and the nearby villages near Kibale Forest National Park in western Uganda are struggling to find means of survival and to feed their families.

In response, we have decided to setup a fundraising campaign targeting to raise a total of $5,000 for this cause. Donations will be used to purchase food packs such as rice, corn flour , sugar, salt, cooking oil, soap, and medicines for more than 200 families in Kahangi village. Even the smallest donation can help feed someone in need of a meal.

We're asking you, our amazing global community can you help us reach our goal? Every tenner makes a huge difference... so any donations + shares hugely appreciated 🙏

For I was hungry, and you fed me. I was thirsty, and you gave me a drink. I was a stranger, and you invited me into your home.(Matthew 25:35)

Life is an echo. What you send out, comes back. What you sow, you reap. What you give, you get. What you see in others, exists in you. Remember, life is an echo. It always gets back to you. So give goodness.

Please help me to feed the hungry families here in Uganda. No donation is too small for someone who is in desperate need. The donation will go a long way in helping to provide relief food for hundreds of children and families in Kahangi village who are struggling to eke out a living in the midst of COVID-19.
