3 Days Gorilla Trekking Safari in Uganda (Bwindi Experience)
Overview
This 3-day adventure takes you to the world-famous Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, home to nearly half of the world’s remaining mountain gorillas. The safari offers an unforgettable trekking experience, scenic landscapes, and cultural encounters.
Day 1: Transfer to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park
Your journey begins from Kampala or Entebbe early in the morning.
Drive through the countryside with views of rolling hills, plantations, and local villages
Stop at the Equator crossing for photos and experiments
Lunch en route in Mbarara
Continue to Bwindi arriving in the evening

Day 2: Gorilla Trekking Experience
This is the highlight of your safari.
Early breakfast, then head to park headquarters for briefing
Guided trek through dense rainforest in search of mountain gorillas
Spend 1 magical hour with the gorillas once found
Trek duration: 2–6 hours depending on gorilla location
Bwindi is known for its biodiversity and thick forest—part of the larger Albertine Rift ecosystem.
