On behalf of Kapchorwa District Local Government, we extend our heartfelt gratitude to all organizations from Kapchorwa District that participated in the Pearl of Africa Tourism Expo 2026 held at Speke Resort Munyonyo & Organised by Uganda Tourism Board in Conjunction with Ministry of Tourism,Wildlife & Antiquities (MTWA).
Your presence and dedication showcased the unique beauty and vibrant tourism potential of our district to a national and international audience.

This successful participation was coordinated by Kapchorwa District Tourism Office. The Ministry of Tourism & UTB used the same opportunity and held special capacity building programs for all Tourism officers Country wide among other participants.
The collaboration between the local government and private sector is key to growing Kapchorwa’s tourism footprint.
The Expo will open doors for new partnerships, increased visibility, and potential investment in our tourism sector. We are confident that the connections made will lead to more visitors exploring Kapchorwa’s natural wonders and cultural treasures.
