Day 2 | Ministry of Finance – Budget Planning Unit
Thursday was intense. Focused. Transformational.
I had the privilege of facilitating the Budget Planning Unit of the Ministry of Finance — and we went deep.
This was not surface-level engagement.
We challenged assumptions.
We unpacked pressure points.
We confronted the invisible tensions that silently affect performance in high-stakes environments like budget planning.
And then… we played.
Because serious institutions still need safe spaces to laugh.
To disarm hierarchy.
To reconnect as human beings.
What moved me most was how the room shifted — from analytical debate to reflective silence.
We ended the day in deep meditation.
In a unit responsible for shaping national resource allocation, that pause mattered.
Clarity requires stillness.
Alignment requires awareness.
Sustainable excellence requires inner balance.
Grateful for the openness, maturity, and courage of the team to engage honestly — both intellectually and emotionally.
