I braved the crazy wind and cold (I came down here to escape winter, but it seems it followed me 🥶) to check out the Festival of the Arts.

As always the food was 🤌🏼, and the interactive art pieces were a ton of fun. Is the Festival of the Arts on your bucket list?

Happy Halloween! Here's how I know this man loves me - every costume we've ever worn together is Disney themed 😅

I've been to Disney more times than I can count at this point, but I've only gotten to go with my husband 3 times - our honeymoon at Disney World, a quick Christmas trip to Disneyland, and then the trip we took last month.

Due (mostly) to his being in the Navy and having very limited time off, our first two trips were rushed. We squeezed as much into a few days as we possibly could.

And while they were incredible trips for what they were, that's not how you should be doing Disney. It's much more enjoyable when you can keep things low-key and rest.

Which is why last month's trip with Russell will probably go down in my memories for the greatest Disney trip I'll ever take. I love going alone, but it's even better with my best friend and we FINALLY got to do Disney "right".

We ate a ton of good food, we rested a lot and explored the resort, and frankly, we didn't spend a whole lot of time in the parks! Some of our favorite memories include hopping over to the Grand Floridian and accidentally stumbling upon the Enchanted Rose lounge right at opening, and heading over to the Polynesian where Russell grabbed a beer from Kona to go and we sat on the beach together and just enjoyed the sound of the water and each other's company.

If you want to hear more about our trip, and what I view as the ultimate way to do Disney, head over to the blog to read this week's latest post!

And I'd love to know - what's YOUR favorite way to do Disney?

I'm a Disney Adult, but my husband is not. He could never go to Disney again and be perfectly content. So, we compromised with his five year rule.

He'll come to Disney with me once every five years.

So when 2022 rolled around, it had finally been five years since we did Disneyland together, and I couldn't wait to start planning. I knew I wanted to prioritize what Russell loves most about vacation - eating good food and trying new things.

Which made EPCOT's Food and Wine Festival a no-brainer for this trip. We stayed at the BoardWalk Inn, and the location was perfection. We walked into EPCOT almost every day of our trip to try something new from the booths.

We ended up trying 32 different foods and drinks during our trip, and some we even went back and had twice! If you want to see a full in-depth look at what we tried and how we felt about it - head over to the blog and read the latest blog post!

🚨 The school year feels like it just started, but if you're thinking about a Disney trip for Spring Break 2023, it's time to book NOW. 🚨

Whether that's Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, or a Disney Cruise, it's time to get to planning.

I know it seems early, but you don't want to wait for a few reasons:

1) March and April are BUSY for Disney, which means hotels fill up fast. If you've got your heart set on a certain location, don't wait, because it might fill up, or you'll be stuck with only higher tier rooms available.

(Last year, I spent over 8 hours on the phone with Disney and had multiple rooms snatched from under my client because the ball didn't start rolling until December! They almost missed out on their dream hotel!)

2) Most people wait until November/December to think about spring break. But do you really want to plan Disney on top of the holiday season/expenses? No. No you do not.

3) The earlier you book, the more time you have to spread out your payments. I can get you booked with just a small deposit, and then you've got time to spread out a payment plan over time.

If you'd like to get started with a quote, tell me which destination you have in mind in the comments, and let's get your Spring Break trip planned!
